SPEAKER INSTRUCTIONS

All speakers must register for the CWAG Annual Meeting. Your online registration code is speaker10.

Each speaker must submit a biographical summary to the CWAG office no later than June 28th. Handout materials and PowerPoint presentations must be submitted no later than July 6th. Please label your documents with name, title, and date of presentation. They can be emailed to joy.orr@doj.ca.gov or sent to: CWAG 1300 I St. Sacramento, CA 95814

In addition, all speakers are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations. Please call the Eldorado Hotel and Spa at 800.955.4455 and ask for the CWAG Annual Meeting room block to receive the conference discounted room rate.
