Each speaker must submit a biographical summary to the CWAG office no later than June 24th. Handout materials and PowerPoint presentations must be submitted no later than June 27th. Please label your documents with name, title, and date of presentation. They can be emailed to joy.orr@doj.ca.gov or sent to: CWAG 1300 I St. Sacramento CA 95814.

In addition, all speakers are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations. Please call the Fairmont Orchid Hotel at 800.845.9905 and ask for the CWAG Annual Meeting room block to receive the conference discounted room rate.
