John W. Suthers, CWAG Chair 2009-10
Attorney General John W. Suthers has extensive experience as a state and federal prosecutor and has been a national leader in a variety of criminal law issues, including Internet safety, identity theft and foreclosure fraud. He also is leading the effort of state attorneys general to update and enhance school safety efforts in the aftermath of the Virginia Tech tragedy.
Gary King, CWAG Vice Chair 2009-10
As CWAG's vice-chair, Attorney General Gary King brings a wealth of experience from his service as a legislator, policy advisor at the Department of Energy and has a Ph.D. in chemistry. General King developed the first-ever Memorandum of Understanding between New Mexico and the Mexican State of Chihuahua to combat human trafficking and entered into Memorandum of Understandings with several other Mexican States to address narcotics and arms smuggling. He addressed the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Children in Geneva on his human trafficking initiative in May, 2008. In addition, General King has initiated several programs to protect New Mexico's youth from alcohol, drugs and internet predators.
Alicia Limtiaco, CWAG 2nd Vice Chair 2009-10
Alicia Limtiaco serves as the Attorney General for the U.S. Territory of Guam. She is the first-ever women to serve as the Attorney General and only the second individual to be elected to the position. General Limtiaco attended the University of Southern California, graduating in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, receiving her J.D. degree in 1990. General Limtiaco was a law clerk for the Superior Court of Guam and was a judicial extern with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She is licensed to practice law in Guam and California. General Limtiaco has prosecuted numerous adult felony cases, including homicides, criminal sexual misconduct, family violence, aggravated assaults, drug and firearm violations and property crimes.

Marty J. Jackley, South Dakota Attorney General 2009-10
On September 4, 2009, Marty J. Jackley was sworn in as the 30th Attorney General for the State of South Dakota. He serves as the chief law enforcement officer for the State. As Attorney General, Marty is committed to fighting crime, protecting consumers and making South Dakota a safer place to live.

Marty graduated from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1992 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with Honors. He received his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1995.

From 1995-97, Marty served as a law clerk for then-Chief Judge Richard H. Battey in federal district court in Rapid City. Marty then joined the Rapid City law firm of Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson, and Ashmore LLP. As a partner, his practice areas focused primarily on criminal law, civil and business litigation, construction/engineering law, Indian law, and water law. At this time he also served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for South Dakota prosecuting primarily controlled substance felonies. He has extensive jury trial experience on cases including murder, assault, financial crimes, controlled substances, and other felonies. His appellate experience includes evidentiary matters, jurisdictional claims, sentencing issues, juvenile transfers, reclamation law, and other substantive legal issues.

Prior to becoming Attorney General, Marty was appointed United States Attorney for the District of South Dakota in 2006. While United States Attorney he served on both the US Attorney General s Subcommittees for Controlled Substances and the Subcommittees for Native American Issues, and the Midwest High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Executive Board.
